Driving Directions

Two parcels totaling 15 plus or minus acres along the Green River valley. (Lot 1 is 13.3 AC and Lot 2 is 1.7 AC) There is a Right Of Way at the south end of the main portion that leads to a nice south facing building site with a valley view possible with cutting. There is also a site on the 1.7 acre parcel at the very north end of the property that had some piers installed and a rough road put in at some point in the past. From sections of the land a view of the Green River is possible but access to this area is steep. There is some nice timber on sections of the land as well. Green River Covered bridge and the gorgeous swimming hole is just down the road. It is a challenging parcel but well worth the effort due to the fantastic location and proximity to town. Only 7 miles to Brattleboro, 6 of which is paved.
