MLS: Your Property will be placed on the multiple listing service. Our participation in this statewide MLS assures wide cooperation throughout the entire state of Vermont.
Website: Our website receives great exposure and we are always striving to improve it to absorb the maximum amount of leads from the buying public. We try to maintain as little visual clutter as possible keeping your homes center stage. The longer a buyer stays on our website, the better chance they have of buying your home.
Advertising: The bulk of our advertising budget is spent online ensuring the widest exposure we can offer however, locally we continue to use print advertising when it is the best fit for a particular property. The best use of print advertising is direct mail marketing to feature activity in the market to a specific area of clientele.
ListHub: Barrett & Valley Associates Inc. has purchased a package known as ListHub. This is a search optimization engine that drives our listings to Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, Yahoo, Trulia, Opendoor and many other websites. This service assures our sellers that they have the web presence necessary to compete in an ever increasing on-line world.
Caravan: Weekly the agents in our four offices gather together to view our new listings. This assures us that when our phone rings it will be answered by a professional agent who is familiar with your home.
3D Walking Tours & Virtual Floor Plans: We have invested in advanced equipment in order to provide buyers with an interactive experience that a 3D walking tour provides, enhancing buying power of out of state clientele in particular. Floor Plans allow buyers to envision the right house for their needs from the comfort of their own computer or mobile device.
Walk Ins: our prominent presence in Grafton, Chester, Townshend & Springfield is an open door to thousands of visitors each year.
