My husband and I felt that Barrett & Valley went way beyond what we expected. We appreciate everything you have done for us, thank you so much!

Chelsea navigated us through a complicated sale of 2 houses with multiple owners. Her knowledge, experience and creativity in dealing with and solving the multiple issues that came up made this process a lot less stressful. She offered very sound advice, and guided us in our decision making.  She always responded quickly to texts and e-mails. She is very friendly and positive to work with. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Chelsea Cary. - Montano Siblings (Laura, Donna, and John) / Sellers

We recently had the pleasure of having Chelsea Cary as our Real Estate Agent. She was knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. She always answered all of the questions we had and did so in a timely manner. We looked at quite a few homes, and Chelsea always maintained her professionalism and patience with us and others. She went above and beyond with us, especially in the area of computers, and also video-taped the homes so my son could view them as he was living in Puerto Rico at the time. She is also articulate, organized and an outstanding Real Estate Agent. It was an excellent experience to work with Chelsea, and we would recommend her highly as a Real Estate Agent.  - Ron and Judy Stewart / buyers

“Janet was fantastic to work with, always very quick with communication and made our whole selling process very easy. ”  Jamie W.

A joy to work with!

“Working with Janet was exceptional, she guided me through the selling process. I live out of state and Janet was on the ball with everything, she would get me the information as soon as she could so we could do the necessary steps to keep the process moving smoothly. Janet goes above and beyond what a real estate agent is required to do. If you are buying or selling a house in Southern Vermont I would highly recommend that you use Janet Lucier with Barrett and Valley Associates.”  Lonnie S.

The service was exceptional and viewings of our listed property were able to happen quickly and around our schedule. We would recommend and use Barrett & Valley Associates again without a doubt!

My BVA agent spent HOURS with me over trying to make a previous sale work and I didn't think of using anyone else.

We really enjoyed working with you, very even-keel and positive, nothing was ever a big deal.  Even if it was you kept us grounded and got us over the hurdles.  I will recommend Barrett and Valley always!!  Thank You!

The whole experience was exceptional- can't think of any negatives.  Thank you for all of your friendly guidance and professional knowledge.  Couldn't have managed without you.
